Spring Fling

It finally happened; one week of Spring weather.  We seized the moment!

Of course we had to eat dinner outside in the long awaited sunshine despite the wind.

The week was topped off by the first warm rain of the season.  The kids couldn't get out there fast enough.  Even LJ (our little one) wanted to run and dance in the showers.

Just as the term suggests, our Spring "fling" fleeted as quickly as it had come.  A couple of days later this is what it looked like and has ever since!

As the saying goes. . . "It is better to have loved and lost than never to have loved at all."
